I corsi di Studio CIM e COD offrono la possibilità di riconoscere come tirocinio curriculare, accreditando i relativi CFU, anche attività diverse dallo stage in azienda.

The CIM and CoD courses  recognize and assign credits for activities which differ from the company stage. 

Work experience:

You can ask for your job to be recognized as a curricular internship (6 CFUs , this also includes the National Civil service on condition that:

• you have a regular work contract and not an occasional work contract;
• the competences acquired and practiced in the job are in keeping with the training path of the course of study 

For your job to be recognized as a curricular stage you need to submit:

• A signed report written by the requesting student, which explains the activities carried out and the roles held. The report should also highlight the professional competences acquired in the communication field and/or developed on the job and finally, confirm the connection between the professional experience and the university training path. 
• A letter from the employer, on headed notepaper, which describes the duration of the work period and the roles assigned to the student ( this should be signed and stamped) 
• A copy of the contract as proof of the student’s job.
  The documents should be handed in or send in via email   (YOU MUST USE  your university email account ) to the CIM-COD STAGE OFFICE (stagecim@unipv.it)

The Office sends all the documentation submitted to the person in charge of the stage and internships, the student will then be informed of the evaluation and if this is positive the Student’s Administration Office will be asked to assign the credits. 

You cannot however confirm these activities as an integrated stage. 

International Mobility 

According to agreements stipulated by the University of Pavia within international exchange programmes or bilateral agreements between the University and overseas Institutions, it is possible to ask for recognition of international mobility activities carried out during your time at university. 

For didactic purposes (Erasmus + study et similia) corresponds to 6 CFUs (stage or integrated stage), mobility for the internship (Erasmus Traineeship et similia) corresponds to 6 or 12 CFUs, depending on the activities carried out.

Recognition is usually based on agreements which regulate mobility, and at the end of the period overseas , the International Mobility Office sends the information to the didactic offices which will proceed to assign the credits following the current regulations.

It is possible to apply for recognition of international mobility activities carried out during the university period on the basis of the agreements stipulated by the University of Pavia within international exchange programs or specific bilateral agreements with universities and foreign bodies.

Mobility for educational purposes (Erasmus + study et similia) is recognizable for 6 credits (internship module or supplementary internship module), mobility for internship (Erasmus Traineeship et similia) is recognizable for 6 or 12 credits, based on the activities carried out.

The recognition usually takes place on the basis of the agreements governing mobility and which are transmitted, at the end of the period of activity abroad, by the International Mobility Office directly to the teaching structures, which accredit the respective credits on the basis of the procedures and regulations in force.
